Union-Endicott Central School District

Exposure Control Plan

The Union-Endicott Central School District is committed to provide a safe and healthful environment for the entire staff. In pursuit of this goal, the Exposure Control Plan is provided to train staff to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens in accordance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations 1910.1030.

All employees must receive information about the District's Exposure Control Plan each year. Training is done in each building.

This site is intended for use by employees who have not been able to attend a regular or make-up Exposure Control presentation by the District's Health and Safety Officer.
